Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every purchase on Simtrotter, operated by Simtrotter (“we”). By placing an order you accept them.

1. The product

We sell prepaid travel eSIM data plans. A plan gives mobile data at the listed destination(s) for the listed number of days. Plans are data only; they do not include a phone number, calls or SMS. Network speed and availability depend on the local operators and your device.

2. Compatibility

It is your responsibility to check that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchase. The compatible devices page is provided as guidance.

3. Delivery and activation

The eSIM is delivered electronically after payment: on the confirmation page, by e-mail and in your account. The plan period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at the destination and runs continuously for the purchased number of days. Unused days are not refunded.

4. Fair use

Unlimited plans are intended for normal personal use while travelling. We may reduce speeds in case of extreme usage or usage that affects network quality, and we may suspend plans used for commercial resale, machine-to-machine traffic or illegal activity.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

6. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: if the eSIM cannot be installed or does not connect and our support cannot solve it, you get a replacement or a full refund.

7. Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by lack of coverage, network outages, device incompatibility, or incorrect installation. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers keep the protections of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
